What we collect, and what we do not.

This site runs Google Analytics to count visits, and nothing else. No advertising pixels, no session recording, no retargeting, and nothing about you is ever sold.

1. The short version

You can read this whole page in about four minutes, and we would rather you did. But if you only read one section, read this one.

  • We collect what you type into a form on this site. Nothing else about you is gathered as you browse.
  • We use Google Analytics, and that is the only thing measuring you. No Meta pixel, no LinkedIn or TikTok pixel, no session recording, no heatmaps, no retargeting. Section 6 says exactly what it sets and how to switch it off.
  • The only cookies on this site are Google Analytics’ two. We set none of our own, for anything.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. There is no arrangement under which anyone pays us for it.
  • One outside service sees your IP address simply because a page loaded: Google Fonts. That is covered below and you can stop it.
  • If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, email moc.iayrubnargobfsctd-328e77@ycavirp and we will do it.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers granburyai.com, the website, and the demonstration tools running on it.

It does not cover a system we build and run for you as a customer. That is a separate arrangement with its own written terms, because the data involved is your customers’ data rather than yours, and it deserves a document of its own rather than a paragraph in a website policy.

3. What you give us, form by form

Five things on this site accept input. Each one sends exactly the fields listed here and nothing more. We have listed them individually rather than as one merged paragraph, because “we may collect your name, contact details and other information” is the sentence every policy uses and it tells you nothing.

The free audit form

Business name So we know who we are replying to.
Email address To send the audit and reply to you.
Phone number To call you, if that is the contact method you picked.
Preferred contact method So we use the one you chose.
What takes the most time The chip you select. It is what the audit is built around.

The automation assessment

Name, email, phone To send you the result and follow up.
Your answers The options you picked, as you picked them.
The recommendations generated Stored with your answers so the reply matches what you were shown on screen.

The callback demo

Name So the call can address you.
Phone number An automated call is placed to this number. That is the whole point of the demo, and it is worth being clear that a real call to a real number is what happens.
Email address To follow up afterward.
A text message afterward When the call ends, a text message is sent to that same number. It is a short recap of what was actually said, written automatically in the seconds after you hang up, because that is the other half of what the demo is showing you. It carries a “Reply STOP to opt out” line, that works, and it is the only text you will get unless you ask us for more.

The chat widget

The messages you type They are sent to the assistant so it can answer.
A conversation id A random value generated in your browser so replies land in the right conversation. It is not a cookie, it is not stored on your device, and it is gone when you close the tab.
An email address, only if you give one The chat can offer to send you something. If you decline, no address is collected.

4. What your browser sends without being asked

Two things happen for technical reasons rather than because we went looking for them.

  • Web server logs. Our host, InMotion Hosting, records the usual request line for every page served: IP address, browser user-agent, the URL requested and the time. This is how every web server on the internet works, and it is what makes it possible to tell a real outage from a quiet afternoon.
  • A short-lived rate-limit record. The demo endpoints are rate limited so they cannot be abused, and the callback demo especially, because placing calls costs money. To do that we take a one-way hash of your IP address and store it for a short window. The hash cannot be turned back into your address, and it is used for nothing but counting requests.

5. What we do not do

This section exists because it is the part that is normally left out, and because on most sites it would be a short list.

  • No advertising or behavioral trackers. No Meta pixel, no LinkedIn or TikTok pixel, no Hotjar, no Clarity, no session recording, no heatmapping and no retargeting. Google Analytics is the single measurement tool on this site and it is described in full in section 6.
  • No cookies of our own. The only cookies set on your device are the two Google Analytics uses to count you once instead of twice. We set none, for preferences or anything else. WordPress sets a login cookie for anyone signing in to administer the site, which means us, not you.
  • No advertising built on it. We do not run ads that follow you, we do not build audiences from the analytics, and Google Signals is not switched on.
  • No advertising profiles. We do not build audiences, we do not run retargeting, and nothing you do here follows you to another website.
  • No sale of personal information. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
  • No buying of contact lists. If we contact you, it is because you gave us your details on this site or asked us to.

6. Where your information goes

When you submit a form, your browser sends it to granburyai.com and nowhere else. Our own server then passes it on. This is deliberate: it means your browser is never handed a third-party address to post your details to, and the destinations are not exposed in the page.

From there it reaches our automation server, which we run ourselves rather than rent as a shared service. The callback demo additionally hands your name and number to the voice provider that places the call, because a call cannot be placed without them.

Here is every outside service that handles any part of what you submit, named rather than described as a category. “We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers” is the sentence that replaces this list on most sites, and it is not a disclosure, it is a way of avoiding one.

n8n The automation server itself. It is the open-source automation tool, running on a server we rent from Hostinger and administer ourselves, rather than inside somebody else’s cloud automation product. Hostinger provides the machine and therefore holds the disk it sits on; they are not given access to the data and do nothing with it. Everything you submit arrives here first, and every service below is one that n8n hands something to.
ElevenLabs Places the calls and provides the voice. When you ask for the callback demo, or pick the phone as your contact method on the free audit, your name and number go to ElevenLabs so the call can be dialed. The conversation itself is processed by them, so what is said on the call passes through ElevenLabs too, and they produce the transcript and summary of it.
Twilio Carries the call and sends the text. It is the phone network underneath ElevenLabs, and it is also what sends you the follow-up text message described in section 3.
OpenAI Writes the chat replies. What you type into the chat widget is sent to OpenAI to generate the answer you see. A chat box does not look like it is sending anything anywhere, which is exactly why this is worth saying plainly.
Anthropic Writes the follow-up text. After a call, your name, the summary and the transcript are sent to Anthropic’s Claude so it can write the short recap that is then texted to you.
Google Sheets Holds our record of you. Your name, email, phone, the answers you gave, which form you used, and the summary and transcript of any call, are written to a private spreadsheet only we can open. It is the copy we would read back to you if you asked what we hold, and the copy we would delete if you asked us to.
Google Calendar Books the time, and only if a booking is actually made. Your name, the contact detail you gave and the slot go into our business calendar so the time cannot be given away twice.
Telegram Alerts us the moment something arrives. The details you submitted, including the message you typed or the transcript of your call, are sent to a private chat only we read, so an inquiry is not sitting unseen because nobody was at a desk. It is a notification to us, never a conversation with you.
InMotion Hosting Runs this website and our email. It serves the pages you are reading, and its mail servers carry the alert to our own inbox, because a phone notification that gets missed is not a notification. It is also what sends the demonstration email you ask for from the email demo.

That is the whole list. Nothing else receives what you submit, each one is there to do the single job named beside it, and none of them is an arrangement where anyone is paid for your information in either direction.

Google Analytics is deliberately not in that list, and its absence is the point. It measures pages, it is never sent anything you typed into a form, and the two are never joined together. It is covered on its own below.

Google Analytics, and how to switch it off

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where in the world they are. It is how we tell a page that is working from one nobody finds. It is the only measurement tool on this site.

Two cookies _ga and one named _ga_ followed by a property id. Both last two years and both hold a random number, which is how a return visit is counted as the same browser rather than a new one. Neither contains your name, your email or anything you typed into a form.
What it records Which pages you opened, how you arrived, roughly where you are, and what browser and device you used.
What it is not It is not joined to anything you submit through a form. Google Signals is off, so it does not follow you across other sites, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your IP address Google states that IP addresses are used to derive that approximate location and are not logged or stored in Google Analytics 4.

Two ways to stop it, and both work: install Google’s own Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or use any content blocker. The site works identically either way, because nothing on it depends on being measured.

You have not been shown a cookie banner. That is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight: a banner that most people click through without reading is worse than a page that explains what is set and how to refuse it, which is what this section is.

Google Fonts, and how to stop it

Two fonts on this site are served by Google, from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. When a page loads, your browser requests them directly, and Google therefore sees your IP address and which page requested them. Along with Analytics above, this is the whole list of outside services your browser contacts while reading this site.

It is a real disclosure rather than a footnote, so: if that matters to you, a content blocker set to block those two hosts will stop it, and the site will fall back to a system font and remain entirely readable.

7. How long we keep it

Two periods, because two very different things are being kept and they do not deserve the same lifetime.

Your contact details and what you asked about Twenty-four months from the last time we were in contact. Long enough that if you come back to us a year later we are not starting from nothing, and short enough that we are not holding a list of people who stopped thinking about us in 2026. The clock restarts every time you contact us, and stops entirely the moment you ask us to delete it.
Call transcripts, chat logs and the alerts we send ourselves Ninety days. These are the most personal thing here - a record of what you actually said, in your own words. They exist so the person replying to you knows what the conversation was about. Once that reply has happened they are of no further use, so they go, and they go well before your contact details do.

Why this section names two periods and not one

A retention period is only as true as the longest-lived copy of the thing. Your details do not sit in one place; they pass through the services named in section 5, and it would be easy to write “we delete after two years” while a copy sat in a notification inbox forever. So: the periods above are enforced on our own records on a schedule, not by someone remembering. Where a service we use keeps its own copy, we have set the shortest retention that service allows.

The one sentence here that depends on nothing and waits for nothing: ask us to delete your information and we will, without requiring a reason and without waiting for any of the periods above to run out.

8. Asking what we hold, or asking us to delete it

  • tell you what we hold about you,
  • correct something that is wrong,
  • delete it,
  • stop contacting you.

We do not require you to explain why, and there is no form to fill in. Ask in your own words. We will reply, do the thing, and confirm when it is done.

If we ever cannot do one of these, we will tell you plainly which one and why, rather than going quiet.

9. Children

This site sells business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, email moc.iayrubnargobfsctd-58d803@ycavirp and we will delete it.

10. Security, stated honestly

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into a form is encrypted between your browser and our server. Form submissions are passed on from our server rather than from your browser, so the destination is never exposed to the page. The demo endpoints are rate limited.

What we will not tell you is that your information is “completely secure”, because that sentence is in almost every privacy policy and it is not true in any of them. No system is. We have described what is actually in place so you can judge it yourself.

11. Changes to this policy

If this changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we collect and leave the date alone.

If a change is significant - if we start collecting something new, or send your information somewhere it did not go before - we will say so on the page rather than leaving you to diff it.
