Every job ends with the ask.
The job gets marked complete and the request goes out the same day, in the same words, to every customer. One link, one reminder, then it stops. Whatever comes back reaches you, good or bad, while you can still do something about it.
Demo Business is a made-up business, and its numbers are invented. The system doing the work is the real one.
Your requests would go out on your own trigger, wording and reminder schedule.
What it does
When a job is marked complete, the system sends that customer a short request by text or email, with one link to your review profile. If nothing comes back it sends a single reminder and then stops. The wording is yours, the timing is yours, and it goes to everybody, not to the customers you happen to feel good about.
The reason it works is not the wording of the message. It is that the ask happens at all, on the day, on every job. Most owners mean to ask and then the next call comes in and the moment is gone. Reviews carry real weight in how local customers pick a business, and the distance between asking sometimes and asking every time is the whole thing. We will not promise you a rating or a number of reviews. Nobody honest can.
The short answer
Automated review requests go out after every completed job, by text or email, with one link and one reminder. Everybody gets the same ask, on the day, instead of whenever someone remembers. Plans start at a flat $395 a month with no per-request charge, and every request and reply is written back to your CRM.
A real thread, end to end
Triggers
The job is marked complete in your job software, your store platform or your CRM, or a tech closes it from their phone.
Waits
A delay you set. Same afternoon for most trades, next morning for work people want to see in daylight. Never overnight.
Asks
A short message in your words, by text or email, with one link and no form to fill in first.
Reminds once
One reminder if nothing came back, then it stops. Every message carries an opt-out and STOP ends it on the spot.
Reports
Sends you what the customer said, drafts a reply to any review that lands, and writes the record against the job. Unhappy replies come to you first so you hear it from them, not from a review page. The link is never withheld from anybody.
What it costs
Flat monthly, no setup fee, month to month. Never per request and never per review.
Every completed job asked, on the day, with one link and one reminder. A busy month costs what a quiet month costs.
Against remembering to ask
Which trades use it
Setup and go-live
Most builds go live in about a week to ten days. We agree the trigger, the delay, the wording and the single reminder with you first, on a call or on site depending on how involved it is, connect it to whatever already marks a job finished, and send test requests to your own phone until you are happy with them. Nothing goes to a customer until you have read the message they will get.
Frequently asked questions
How much do automated review requests cost?
Plans start at $395 a month, flat, with no per-request and no per-review charge, so a busy month costs what a quiet one costs. What it runs for your business is set in the free fifteen-minute audit, before any work starts. No setup fee, month to month.
Can it screen out the bad reviews?
No, and we would not build it that way. The review platforms prohibit it and it is dishonest besides. Everybody who finishes a job gets the same ask and the same link. What it does do is put an unhappy reply in front of you quickly, so you hear it from the customer while you can still fix it.
How many more reviews will I get?
We will not give you a number, and you should be careful with anyone who does. What we will say is that every completed job gets asked, on the day, in the same words. That is not true of any system that depends on somebody remembering.
When does the request go out?
On a delay you choose after the job is marked complete. Same afternoon suits most trades, next morning suits work people want to look at in daylight. It does not send in the middle of the night.
What marks a job complete?
Whatever you already use: your job software, your store platform for an order, or your CRM. If nothing does, the tech closes the job from their phone and that is the trigger.
Will it pester my customers?
One ask and one reminder, then it stops for good. Every message carries an opt-out, a STOP reply ends it immediately, and the number is flagged so no other system here messages them again.

See the message before a customer does.
We write it against your real jobs and send it to your phone. If it does not sound like you, we change it or you walk.
