Quiet is not a no.
The quote nobody answered, the inquiry that never closed, the customer who has not been back since last spring. Each one gets a short message at the right time, in your words, referring to the actual job. It stops the moment they reply.
Demo Business is a made-up business, and its numbers are invented. The system doing the work is the real one.
This would run on your own quote history, intervals and wording.
What it does
The system works three lists you already have: quotes that went out and went quiet, people who inquired and never booked, and customers who are past the interval you would normally see them at. Each person gets a short message by text or email at a time you set, written against their actual record - the job you quoted, the unit you serviced, the date you last saw them. Not a newsletter, and not the same paragraph sent to everybody at once.
Everybody it contacts has already dealt with you. Past customers, unconverted quotes, people who asked you a question. It never touches a purchased list, it does not prospect strangers, and there is nowhere in it to put names that are not already yours - which matters legally, under TCPA and the do-not-call rules, and matters more for the plain reason that a message from a business you have never used is a nuisance. Every sequence stops the instant a person replies, and an opt-out is honored immediately and permanently. Winning back a customer you already have costs less than finding a new one, and most owners never work the list because the day fills up first.
The short answer
Automated follow-up and reactivation works your own lists: quiet quotes, unconverted inquiries and past customers due a return visit. Each gets a short, individually timed message referring to their real job, and the sequence stops the moment they reply or opt out. It contacts your own people only, never cold lists. Plans start at a flat $395 a month, with no per-message or per-contact charge.
A real thread, end to end
Builds the list
Reads your job software, store platform or CRM for quotes with no answer, inquiries that never booked, and customers past their usual interval.
Waits for the right day
Intervals you set: one for a quiet quote, the service interval you actually work to on a past customer. Business hours only, never overnight.
Reaches out
A short message by text or email, in your wording, naming the job or the quote so it reads like your business and not a broadcast.
Stops on a reply
Any answer ends the sequence on the spot and the thread comes to you or to the inbox system. Every message carries an opt-out and a STOP reply ends it for good.
Books or records
Puts the appointment in your live calendar if the reply asked for one, and writes what was sent and what came back against the customer record.
What it costs
Flat monthly, no setup fee, month to month. Never per message and never per contact.
Quiet quotes, unconverted inquiries and past customers, each followed up on their own timing. Your own lists only, never cold ones.

Setup and go-live
Most builds go live in about a week to ten days. We agree which lists it works, the intervals, the wording and the point at which it stops, connect it to wherever your quotes and job history already live, and run the first messages to your own phone before a customer sees one. You read every sequence before it sends.
Frequently asked questions
How much does automated follow-up cost?
Plans start at $395 a month, flat, with no per-message and no per-contact charge. What it runs for your business is set in the free fifteen-minute audit, before any work starts. No setup fee, month to month, cancel any time.
Is this cold outreach?
No, and it is not built to be. It only contacts people already in your records: past customers, quotes you sent, people who inquired. We will not load a purchased list, a scraped list or a list of strangers into it, whatever the source. That is the TCPA and do-not-call line, and it is also the difference between a message somebody is glad to get and one that costs you your reputation.
What happens when someone replies?
The sequence stops immediately and does not resume. The reply goes to you, or into the inbox system if you run that too, with the quote or job history attached so whoever picks it up knows what it is about.
Can people opt out?
Yes, and it takes effect at once. Every message carries an opt-out, a STOP reply ends it on the spot, and the contact is flagged so nothing else here messages them again. We do not make anybody ask twice.
How far back does it go?
As far back as your records do, and no further than you are comfortable with. Most owners set a cut-off, and it is yours to choose, because a message about a job from long ago reads as a mistake.
Will it annoy my customers?
It is built to be easy to stop. A fixed number of messages you choose, business hours only, one thread per person rather than several systems messaging at once, and it goes quiet the moment anybody answers or opts out. If a sequence would feel like pestering when you read it back, we shorten it before it ships.
More of what we automate
Step through the systems one at a time, or see all twelve on the hub.
Work the list you already have.
Send us your quiet quotes from last quarter and we will show you the exact sequence they would have received. If it does not sound like you, we change it or you walk.
