About
A small business in Granbury, automating small businesses in Granbury.
Granbury AI sets up the systems that answer your phone, reply to your messages, book your work and stop the same information being typed three times. Not software you have to learn. Systems that run in the tools you already use.
This is a new company, and the site says so rather than dressing it up. What follows is what that means for you, both the good part and the part worth thinking about.
Why this exists
A missed call at a plumbing company is a job that went to whoever answered. A quote that sat unsent for four days is a quote the customer stopped waiting on. A job typed into the scheduler, then again into the invoice, then again into the accounts, is the same twenty minutes lost three times over. None of this is a technology problem. It is a nobody-was-free-at-that-moment problem.
Large companies solved that a decade ago by hiring departments. A six-person shop cannot, and the software sold to them mostly adds another screen to check. What actually helps is something that picks up, answers in your words, books into the calendar you already have, and hands you anything it should not decide on its own.
That is the whole business. There is no second product.
How we work
Four things we hold to.
We look before we quote
The free audit is a real look at how work reaches you and where it stalls, not a sales call wearing a hat. Sometimes the honest answer is that automation is not your problem this quarter, and you get told that.
You approve every word it says
Scripts are built from a recording of how you handle enquiries now, then corrected by you before anything goes live. Nothing speaks to your customers in words you have not read.
It hands over rather than improvises
Every system is built with an explicit line it will not cross, and what happens when it reaches that line. An assistant that guesses is worse than one that says it will find out.
It runs in the tools you already have
Your calendar, your inbox, your scheduler. Adding a system your team has to remember to check is how automation quietly stops being used in week three.
Straight with you
Three things we would rather say up front.
We are new, and you can check.
There is no client list on this site and no case studies, because there are not yet ones we can show you with permission. When there are, they will go on the results page with names attached. An invented case study is the easiest thing in the world to write and the fastest way to deserve nobody’s trust.
We make no compliance claims.
Not for any framework, on any page. Several of the industries we work with are regulated, and the pages for those trades say what the system will refuse to do rather than what box it ticks. If a specific requirement matters to you, ask and you will get a straight yes or no.
We will tell you when it is not worth it.
If the work that is costing you is genuinely irregular, or the volume is too low for the setup to pay for itself, automating it is a bad trade. That is a normal outcome of an audit and it is not a failed one.
“Every business I have worked with had the same thing going on somewhere: a job that only moves when a specific person is free to move it. Automation is not about replacing that person. It is about making sure the work does not stop the moment they are on a roof, in a chair, or on the other line.”

Start with the audit, not a contract.
A look at how work reaches you and where it stalls. No obligation, and a straight answer either way.
