Terms
The terms for using this website.
These cover the website and the demonstrations on it. Work we do for you as a customer is a separate written agreement, and nothing on this page replaces it.

1. Who you are agreeing with
This site is operated by Granbury AI, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, at 530 N. Crockett St. #1752, Granbury, TX 76048.
“We” and “us” mean that company. “You” means you, the person using the site. By using granburyai.com you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What these terms cover, and what they do not
These terms cover the website and the free demonstration tools on it: the chat widget, the automation assessment, the email demo, the callback demo and the free audit request.
They do not cover a system we build and operate for you. That is a separate written agreement covering scope, price, term and the handling of your customers’ data. If anything in that agreement conflicts with this page, that agreement wins.
3. The demonstrations are demonstrations
The chat widget, the assessment and the email demo are automated. Their responses are generated by software, in real time, without a person checking them first.
- They can be wrong, and occasionally they will be.
- Nothing one of them says is a quote, a commitment, a price we are bound to, or a promise about what your system will do.
- If a demo tells you something that matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing before you rely on it. We would rather answer than have you rely on a generated sentence.
A quote from us is a document we send you and sign. Nothing generated on this page is one.
4. The callback demo places a real phone call
This one deserves its own section, because it is the only thing on this site that reaches out into the world rather than staying on the page.
When you enter a phone number into the callback demo and submit it, you are asking us to place an automated call to that number, using an artificial voice, so that you can hear what the system sounds like. By submitting the form you confirm that:
- the number you entered is yours, or you are authorized to receive calls at it,
- you are asking for the call, at that number, now,
- you understand the call is automated and uses an artificial voice.
It is one call per request. We do not add your number to a calling list, we do not call it again afterward without you asking, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their marketing. The demo is rate limited, which also means a number cannot be submitted repeatedly to make it ring.
If a call reaches you that you did not ask for, tell us at moc.iayrubnarg@ycavirp or 682-260-5190 and we will stop it and find out why.
5. Nothing here is professional advice
Parts of this site describe automation for law firms, dental and medical practices, real estate brokerages, dealerships and property managers. Those pages describe how the software handles inquiries in those trades. They are not, and must not be read as, legal, medical, dental, financial, tax, insurance or real-estate advice.
The industry pages state the limits the agent works within, and those limits are the point rather than a disclaimer: it does not give legal advice, it does not answer clinical questions, it does not offer opinions that touch fair housing, and it escalates to a person instead of improvising. If your obligations require something different, your obligations govern, not this site.
We make no compliance claim of any kind on this site, for any framework. If a specific compliance requirement matters to your business, raise it with us directly and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
6. Prices on this site
Prices shown on the pricing page are our published rates at the time you read them. They can change, and a page you have open in a tab is not a price lock.
A published rate is not an offer and not a quote. What binds us is a written quote we send you for your work.
7. Accuracy of what is written here
We work hard to keep this site accurate, and where a page cites a figure it cites where the figure came from.
Even so, the pages describe what these systems do in general. What your system does depends on your business, your existing tools and the scripts you approve. A capability described on an industry page is not a guarantee of a result in your business, and we do not promise a particular number of bookings, calls answered, hours saved or dollars earned.
8. Using the site reasonably
Please do not:
- submit a phone number that is not yours to the callback demo,
- use the forms or the chat to send anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading,
- try to break, overload, scrape or work around the rate limits on the demo endpoints,
- probe the site for vulnerabilities without asking us first. If you find one, tell us at moc.iayrubnarg@ycavirp and we will thank you properly.
We may block access that does any of these.
9. What belongs to whom
The text, design, code, images and structure of this site belong to Granbury AI, LLC or are used with permission. You may read it, quote a reasonable extract with attribution, and link to any page.
You may not copy the site wholesale, republish it as your own, or use it to train a system that reproduces it. Product names and logos belonging to other companies are theirs, and naming a system we integrate with does not imply that company endorses us.
Anything you send us through a form remains yours. We use it to answer you, as described in the privacy policy.
10. Other companies’ services
The site links to and works with software other companies operate. We do not control those services, and their terms and privacy practices are their own.
The one that affects you simply by loading a page is Google Fonts, and it is disclosed in the privacy policy rather than buried here.
11. The site is provided as it is
We provide this website and its demonstrations as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that a demo will always be available, or that everything on it is free of error.
Nothing in this section limits anything the law does not allow us to limit.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Granbury AI, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost business or lost data.
This section is about the website. Liability for work we do for you under a signed agreement is dealt with in that agreement, and this page does not reduce it.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the effective date at the top changes. Using the site after that date means you accept the updated version.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hood County, Texas, and you and we both consent to that venue.
