Sent the same day, chased until paid.
The job closes and the paperwork writes itself. A quote or an invoice is drafted from the job record and your own rate card, put in front of you to approve, and sent the same day. Then it chases, politely, on a schedule, until the money lands.
Demo Business is a made-up business, and its numbers are invented. The system doing the work is the real one.
This would run on your own rate card, templates and payment terms.
What it does
When a job is marked complete, the system reads the job record and drafts the paperwork: the line items, the hours, the parts, the photos, the terms you already use. It prices from your rate card and nothing else. It does not decide what a job is worth, it does not discount, and it does not send anything that commits you to a price until you have read it and approved it. Approval is a person, every time.
The chasing is the part most owners quietly drop. A quote goes out on Tuesday and nobody follows it up. An invoice sits unpaid and the reminder is always next week’s job. The median small business holds under a month of cash buffer, which is how a profitable business runs short simply because invoices are paid late. This runs the follow-up sequence you agreed, on the days you agreed, in wording you signed off, and it does not get tired of asking or embarrassed about it.
The short answer
AI quoting and invoicing drafts the quote or invoice from the completed job record and your rate card, holds it for your approval, sends it the same day, and then chases quietly on a fixed schedule until it is paid. A human approves anything that commits a price. Plans start at $395 a month, flat, and never a percentage of what you invoice.
A real job, end to end
Drafts
Reads the closed job in your job software or CRM and writes the quote or invoice from your rate card.
Holds for approval
Nothing that commits you to a price leaves without a person reading it first. Approve, edit or kill it from your phone.
Sends
Out the same day it was approved, on your terms and your letterhead, with photos and job notes attached.
Chases
Runs the follow-up sequence you agreed: the quote that went quiet, the invoice that came due, in wording you signed off.
Records and escalates
Writes every send and every reply to the customer record, and hands you anything that turns into a dispute, a discount request or a payment plan.
What it costs
Flat monthly, no setup fee, month to month. Never a percentage of what you invoice.
Quotes and invoices drafted from the job record, held for your approval, sent the same day and chased until they are paid. What it runs for your business is set in the free audit, before any work starts.

Setup and go-live
Most builds go live in about a week to ten days. We take your rate card, your quote and invoice templates, your payment terms and the follow-up schedule you want, build against them, then run it in draft-only mode until you are happy with what it would have sent.
Frequently asked questions
How much does AI quoting and invoicing cost?
Plans start at $395 a month, flat, and never a percentage of what you invoice. What it runs for your business depends on how your rate card and job records are kept, which is what the free fifteen-minute audit works out. You get a fixed monthly number before any work starts. No setup fee, month to month, cancel any time.
Does it decide what to charge?
No. It prices from the rate card you give us and nothing else. If a job does not map cleanly onto that rate card, it stops and asks you rather than guessing a number.
Can it send a quote without me seeing it?
Not for anything that commits you to a price. Quotes and invoices sit in an approvals queue until a person releases them. Reminders on already-approved documents can run on their own once you have signed off the wording.
Does it take the payment?
No. It drafts, sends and chases. The money moves through whatever you already use, on your existing terms, and we do not sit in the middle of it.
How hard does it chase?
As hard as you tell it to and no harder. You set the intervals, the number of reminders and the point at which it stops and hands the account to you. The tone stays the same on the last one as on the first.
Where does it get the job details from?
The job record you already keep, in your job software, your store platform or your CRM. If the record is thin, the draft is thin, which is usually the first thing setup fixes.
